  • What is the first weight and continued weight?

    Base weight is the minimum billable weight. Parcels within this weight range are charged at the base-weight price. Additional weight is the portion that exceeds the base weight.

  • What should I do if the package I submitted exceeds the weight limit?

    Each route has a weight limit. If the product exceeds the weight limit, it will be prompted that the package cannot be submitted, and you need to remove some of the products and submit them in installments.

  • What are the restrictions on the delivery of imitation brands, contraband, liquids, pastes, food, DVDs, and medicines?

    Shipping recommendations are based on experience with standard transport. We accept no responsibility for goods detained by customs. Tobacco, alcohol, medicines and prohibited items are not accepted due to customs restrictions. Air transport requires a non-hazardous-goods assessment for food, liquids, granules and pastes, so we recommend avoiding bulk shipments of these items. For small quantities of sensitive goods packed with general items such as clothing or shoes, we may be able to assist with transport; for example, cosmetics must not exceed 100ml per bottle or 200ml per parcel.

  • What is volume weight?

    Volumetric weight is used when an item is large but light. Its volume is converted to weight for calculating freight. The air-freight formula is:
    Length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm) / 6000 = volumetric weight (kg). Thus, 6000 cubic centimetres is charged as 1 kg, and 1 cubic metre is charged as 167 kg.
